By accessing or using Rideful Slides (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Service Description
Rideful Slides is an AI-powered presentation platform that enables users to create, edit, and export slide presentations through natural language interaction and a visual editor. The Service includes MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration for programmatic access.
Accounts
You must create an account to use Rideful Slides. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

Intellectual Property

The Rideful Slides platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Rideful. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Rideful Slides uses artificial intelligence to assist in content creation. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before using it in any context. Rideful does not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated suggestions.
Alpha/Beta Disclaimer
Rideful Slides is currently in alpha. The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Features may change, be removed, or experience downtime without notice. We make no guarantees about uptime, data persistence, or feature availability during the alpha period. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rideful shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before account deletion.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state where Rideful is established. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our Service. Your continued use of Rideful Slides after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
